Our basic rollers feature folding powder coated aluminum side rails with integral flywheel belt guard and non-slip tread on the top of the rails, a dynamically balanced flywheel with viscous load device along with honed and hard coated aluminum roller drums provide a truly silky smooth road like feel. The frame hinges are unique and completely hidden within the frame when fully extended. The folding frame comes standard with a telescoping carrying handle which locks the frame in the riding position and stores the roller drive belt when in the folded position. The side rails feature CNC machined 6061-T6 extrusions for a high precision and light weight.

We machine each platform on our CNC equipment from marine quality ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. This material was developed for the yachting industry and is impervious to marine environments. The removable platform is strong, lightweight and safe. The platform surface comes standard with 3M Safety Tread for sure footed mounting and dismounting. This tread and base material is the perfect choice for the workout environment and can be easily cleaned with soap and water. With minimal care, the platform will hold up for many years of training.

Load Release: add $112.95
Two 6mm Allen head pins connect a free floating pulley to the middle roller. In just minutes you can either connect or disconnect the inertia and viscous load provided by the rear roller. Perfect for fixed gear track bikes when high rpm at low resistance is required.

Front Roller Bumper Wheels : add $99.95
If you are new to roller riding or desire a little more security during high intensity out of the saddle sprints, our wheel bumpers are just the right thing. They are fabricated from anodized 6061-T6 aluminum and feature stainless steel bolts for long corrosion free life. They are a bolt on attachment to the frame rail and can be removed or installed in less than a minute. if you wander too close to the edge, they provide some restoring force to keep you from coming off and damaging your tires. Front Fork Stand: add $96.95
If you are new to roller riding and unsure about balancing you can convert the rollers to a stationary trainer with the front fork stand. To use it, just remove your front wheel, swing up the fork stand and secure the bike to the stand with your wheel skewer. The fork stand can be installed ahead of the front roller drum to accommodate bikes with long wheelbases. This option adds security when doing one leg drills or maximum effort intervals and rotates out of the way when not required. Constructed of TIG welded 6061-T6 aluminum tubing powder coated for long life and easy maintenance. The fork stand bolts on to the frame rail and can be installed in minutes with allen wrenches.
